蜜瓜包以外酥內軟的口感加上凹凸的脆皮狀成為不少人最愛的點心。為還原這一口感,日本KALDI竟推出了「蜜瓜包沾醬」,只要塗抹在一般吐司上,通過烘烤就能產生神似菠蘿麵包的口感和香氣,根本是懶人DIY神器。

 

官方吃法:

將沾醬均勻塗抹在吐司上,並放入烤箱烘烤1至2分鐘,出爐後就會有金黃酥脆的表皮,加上顆粒分明的砂糖,因此口感與蜜瓜包極為相似。另外,只要可以使用筷子在表面畫出格子圖案,這樣一來就可以吃到像是蜜瓜包的外皮。
